Wade A. Williams 

Senior Attorney 

Born and raised in NWA, Wade Williams has a deep appreciation for his community. After graduating from Fayetteville High School in 1983, Wade attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he earned a degree in Agricultural Business. He then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. In 1992, Wade opened his own practice in Carroll County, and after 23 years, he decided to merge his firm with Thurman & Flanagin 

Wade focuses primarily on Real Estate, Estate and Trust planning, and Business law. In 2006, he partnered with attorneys Greg Thurman and Matt Bishop to purchase what was then known as Berryville Abstract and Title. Today, this company operates as Kings River Title, serving Carroll, Washington, and Madison counties through four locations. In addition to being a licensed attorney, Wade is also a licensed title agent and serves as the President of Kings River Title, where he is responsible for the oversight of employees and four separate locations.

Wade is currently a member of the American, Arkansas and Carroll County Bar Associations, and Arkansas and American Land Title Associations. He was appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee to serve on the State Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission in 1997 and 2003 and to serve on the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission from 2009 to 2011.
