Chris Flanagin

Chris Flanagin was born and raised in Forrest City, Arkansas and graduated in 1996 from Forrest City Highschool. In 1999, he received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated from the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock in 2002.
Chris is no stranger to the courtroom, after graduation, he began as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the Third Judicial District in Newport, Arkansas. In 2002, Chris became a deputy prosecuting attorney in the 19th East Judicial District in Eureka Springs and Berryville. During his time as a deputy prosecutor, Chris prosecuted hundreds of felony cases and obtained convictions in numerous jury and bench trials.
Chris maintains a courtroom and trial practice focused mainly on criminal, domestic, and injury law. He has tried numerous jury trials throughout his career, at the state and federal level, and is entering the twenty fifth year of his law practice and his twentieth year at Thurman and Flangin. His geographical area of practice spans all of Northwest Arkansas, including Boone and Marion counties. In 2016, he is especially proud of being recognized by Legal Aid of Arkansas as the Volunteer Attorney of the Year. Chris enjoys the outdoors, writing, and cycling when he is not suited up and headed to court.
