Wade Williams
Born and raised around Farmington, AR, Wade A. Williams has a deep appreciation for the NWA community. After graduating from Fayetteville High School in 1983, Wade went on to receive a degree in Agricultural Business as well as a Degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas. Wade spent some time working for a small law firm in Bentonville before he decided that he wanted to open his own practice in 1992.
In 2006, alongside two other attorneys, Greg Thurman and Matt Bishop, Wade bought what was known as Berryville Abstract and Title. This company now operates as Kings River Title with five locations in Benton, Washington, and Carroll counties. Since 2006, Wade continues to serve as President of Kings River Title Company where he is responsible for the oversight of three separate locations and 18 employees.
In 2015, Wade merged his firm with the Thurman & Flanagin law firm. Their offices now reside in Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, and Berryville. Thurman & Flanagin focuses on the areas of real estate, estate and trust planning, corporate formation and transactional law. Wade currently holds an Attorney’s license for the State of Arkansas and is a licensed Title Agent for the State of Arkansas. He and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Fayetteville with their family.
Wade was appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee to serve on the State Parks, Recreation and Travel Commission in 1997 and 2003 and to serve on the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission from 2009 to 2011. Wade is currently a member of the American, Arkansas and Carroll County Bar Associations, and Arkansas and American Land Title Associations.
